Scope of delivery:

In addition to the unassembled model, the Tornado GR.1 RAF model kit includes detailed building instructions and decals to personalize your model. The kit also includes various detailed additional elements such as ALARM guided weapons, laser guided bombs, 1000 lbs bombs, large additional tanks, Sky Shadow Pod and FLIR, a detailed cockpit and landing gear, movable swing wings, aerial refueling probe, Sidewinder guided weapons and a detailed ejection seat.

The Tornado is one of NATO's most successful and versatile weapons platforms and has proven itself in many conflict situations. With this model kit you can recreate a piece of this impressive history and experience the feeling of being a part of it. The kit provides identification for two different variants: the Royal Air Force's No.9 Squadron and No.17 Squadron from 1998, providing an additional level of authenticity and historical accuracy. With a top speed of 840 mph and the ability to fly at 500 feet, the Tornado was an impressive machine that you can now recreate yourself!

Royal Mail is an now a tracked service. We may at our discretion upgrade your delivery to a courier at our cost.
Special Delivery / Parcelforce / DPD : These are guaranteed services with included tracking numbers.

EXPORT
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED : This is a normal postal service. It is tracked but is not guaranteed to arrive on a set time scale. It is the most cost effective service but is a lot slower than couriers. For fast delivery we reccommend our other services that are offered at checkout.

DPD EUROPE/PARCELFORCE EUROPE: These are courier tracked services but can still take more than a week.

FED-EX: This is a guaranteed service with included tracking number. It is also much quicker than airmail.

Loss or damage:

If goods are found to be faulty on deliver after inspection they may be returned for a replacement. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. Please make sure you inform us within 7 days of receipt of any faults when you inspect the goods

Non Delivery

Claims for missing items or the non delivery of orders must be made within 28 days of the despatch date. All trackable orders will have a P.O.D. signature showing the delivery date and who signed for it.
