This is a 1/72 scale diecast model of the F-16B “Top Gun” 04 Centennial of Naval Aviation 2011.

In celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the NSAWC Naval Strike Air Warfare Centre, F-16B 920458 was adorned with special markings on the air intake (40th Anniversary 1969 – 2009). The NSAWC, known as the Navy’s Naval Strike Air Warfare Centre “Top Gun,” is responsible for training, tactic development, and various other functions. This aircraft was built in 1994 as 94624 and was delivered to the Pakistan Air Force. It later transferred to AMARC in September 2002 and subsequently moved to NSAWC in December 2002, designated as Bort 04.

The F-16 Fighting Falcon was manufactured by General Dynamics, which later became Lockheed, and subsequently merged with Martin Marietta to form Lockheed Martin. The F-16 was introduced into service in January 1979 as a versatile jet fighter that developed into an all-weather multi-role aircraft capable of executing 9-g turns. It is relatively affordable to acquire and maintain, leading the U.S. and 25 other nations to incorporate it into their fleets. Pilots commonly refer to the Fighting Falcon as the “Viper,” and it is expected to remain in service with the USAF until 2025.

Special Delivery / Parcelforce / DPD : These are guaranteed services with included tracking numbers.

EXPORT
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED : This is a normal postal service. It is tracked but is not guaranteed to arrive on a set time scale. It is the most cost effective service but is a lot slower than couriers. For fast delivery we reccommend our other services that are offered at checkout.

DPD EUROPE/PARCELFORCE EUROPE: These are courier tracked services but can still take more than a week.

FED-EX: This is a guaranteed service with included tracking number. It is also much quicker than airmail.

Loss or damage:

If goods are found to be faulty on deliver after inspection they may be returned for a replacement. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. Please make sure you inform us within 7 days of receipt of any faults when you inspect the goods

Non Delivery

Claims for missing items or the non delivery of orders must be made within 28 days of the despatch date. All trackable orders will have a P.O.D. signature showing the delivery date and who signed for it.
