The P-38H model in a new version from COBI is more than just a model -it is an invitation to a journey through time that takes us to the 1930s, when Clarence "Kelly" Johnson designed this unique fighter.
The P-38H was one of the key American aircraft during World War II, famous for its unusual design, including its double fuselage. Powered by
twin Allison V-1710-111 engines with 1,425 hp each, it had an impressive power of 2,850 hp.
As one of the fastest fighters of World War II (671 km/h), the P-38H was also distinguished by its great maneuverability, speed and versatility, which made it irreplaceable on many fronts - both in Europeand the Pacific. Equipped with 4 x 20mm cannons and 2 x .50 machine guns, as well as
the ability to carry additional weapons, it was a powerful weapon in the hands of Allied pilots.
