Following the ‘Miracle of Dunkirk’ and the subsequent surrender of France, the population of Britain knew they were next in line to face the terror of the all-conquering Wehrmacht. However, before the Germans could attempt an amphibious invasion across the English Channel, the Luftwaffe had to neutralise the threat posed by the Royal Air Force and secure mastery of the skies. For the first time, they were at a disadvantage, with the natural barrier of the English Channel meaning that fuel management was critical and any mechanical or combat damage issues would result in capture and internment for German crews.

The scene was set for an aerial struggle unlike anything the world had seen before: a duel amongst the clouds that could dictate the outcome of the Second World War. Facing overwhelming odds, the pilots of Fighter Command were from Britain and Commonwealth nations, but also from several other countries from around the globe, each one determined to prevent the Luftwaffe from ruling the skies over Britain. Could Churchill’s ‘Few’ prevail against the might of the Luftwaffe’s massed formations of Messerschmitts and Heinkels?

Delivery

Royal Mail is an now a tracked service. We may at our discretion upgrade your delivery to a courier at our cost.
Special Delivery / Parcelforce / DPD : These are guaranteed services with included tracking numbers.

EXPORT
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED : This is a normal postal service. It is tracked but is not guaranteed to arrive on a set time scale. It is the most cost effective service but is a lot slower than couriers. For fast delivery we reccommend our other services that are offered at checkout.

DPD EUROPE/PARCELFORCE EUROPE: These are courier tracked services but can still take more than a week.

FED-EX: This is a guaranteed service with included tracking number. It is also much quicker than airmail.

Loss or damage:

If goods are found to be faulty on deliver after inspection they may be returned for a replacement. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. Please make sure you inform us within 7 days of receipt of any faults when you inspect the goods

Non Delivery

Claims for missing items or the non delivery of orders must be made within 28 days of the despatch date. All trackable orders will have a P.O.D. signature showing the delivery date and who signed for it.
