Better than I was expecting

I bought this to use my David Clark DC Pro headset for computer use, mainly long Skype work calls.
I had to make an additional adapter (with call/end, mic mute and volume buttons) to match it to a USB socket on my laptop, which wasn't easy, but worth it.
Regarding some reviews that state the battery life to be short (perhaps even a day or two)... I unplug all the plugs when not needed overnight, but I use this item for about 3 hours per day, and plugged in most of the working day... I'm getting very good battery life on this item, and the sound quality is great too.

Info missing

The missing info is that this needs a 9v battery to function. Also if you leave your headset connected for long periods there is probably a small drain on the battery, it would be better with an on/off switch and an indicator LED. Other than that it works fine with my PC and Dave Clarks headset.
