This is a 1/48 scale military scale diecast model from Hobbymaster. This model is the Spitfire Mk.IXc MK694, flown by F/Lt. Jaroslav Dobrovolny, 313 Sqn., October 1944

This is a 1/48 scale military scale diecast model from Hobbymaster. This model is the Hawker Hurricane MK. Ia V7101, F/Lt George Burges, No. 69 Squadron, RAF, Malta, May-June 1941.
The Mk. IX succeeded the Mk. V in June 1942, and on September 12, 1942, a Mk. IX successfully shot down a Ju-86R at an altitude of 43,000 feet. Another significant milestone for the Mk. IX occurred on October 5, 1944, when 401 Squadron became the first allied unit to down an Me-262 jet. Despite the introduction of the Griffon-powered Mk. XIV, the Mk. IX remained operational until the conclusion of World War II. A total of 5,665 Mk. IX Spitfires and their variants were manufactured.

Spitfire Mk. IXC MK694 was constructed in early 1944 and was initially delivered to RAF 74 Squadron before being reassigned to 312 Squadron in July, where it was designated DU-E. In October 1944, the aircraft was moved to 313 Squadron, where it was marked RY-E and adorned with a Czech roundel beneath the cockpit, along with the 313 emblem featuring a hawk on the engine cowling. The aircraft was primarily flown by F/Lt Jaroslav Dobrovolný, followed by F/Sgt. Karel Stryk and P/O Josef Bednář. Subsequently, the aircraft was transferred to 303 Squadron and ultimately to the Royal Danish Air Force.

EXPORT
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED : This is a normal postal service. It is tracked but is not guaranteed to arrive on a set time scale. It is the most cost effective service but is a lot slower than couriers. For fast delivery we reccommend our other services that are offered at checkout.

DPD EUROPE/PARCELFORCE EUROPE: These are courier tracked services but can still take more than a week.

FED-EX: This is a guaranteed service with included tracking number. It is also much quicker than airmail.

Loss or damage:

If goods are found to be faulty on deliver after inspection they may be returned for a replacement. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. Please make sure you inform us within 7 days of receipt of any faults when you inspect the goods

Non Delivery

Claims for missing items or the non delivery of orders must be made within 28 days of the despatch date. All trackable orders will have a P.O.D. signature showing the delivery date and who signed for it.
