New 12th Revised EASA Edition 2014

This edition again updates both the Aviation Law and Meteorology sections and takes account of the widespread availability of briefing materials for pilots via the internet. Additionally changes introduced by EASA have been included.

Page66: FL195 is referred as pressure altitude 24500ft. Should be 19500 ft, right?
