To power the BC119N Fast Charger for the Icom A22E, A3, A6 and A24 Transceivers you will need this wall plug mains PSU, which is available separetely but comes with the BC119N package deal.

This sofwtare for your PC allows you to transfer data to and from your receiver using the optional OPC478U USB cable. To run this set-up you need a PC of at least 500Mhz with a spare USB connector. The software allows memory contents such as frequencies, channel name, bank name, set mode items etc to be transferred.
