Part of our FlexiRange this is a 128mm Square protractor with a whire edge for clarity of markings. 0-360 scale on out-side edge with reciprocal headings indicated adjacent. Location letters N.E., S.E., S.W., and N.W on corners. Centre drilled for location and gridded in squares of 13mm (4 nm).
This rules bends through 90 degrees so no more snapping when you sit on them.
To protect the markings on such a thin flexible plastic we have then had a lamination applied. When held up against the light it appears a "dull finish" but when placed on the chart goes back to clear - quite clever really!
