This is the new version 8.2, for FSX which incorporates a flight planner, moving map and GPS inot one package. With the Flight planner flight planning is easy via navaids, airways, North Atlantic Tracks (NATracks) and Pacific-Routes (PACOTS) as well as your own defined waypoints. There is a special control zone information for VFR pilots and also comes with Moving Map GPS. Now fully Vista compatible.
FlightSim Commander has a large number of different features and
functions which are, in most cases, accessible over separate windows. These
windows are accessed by choosing the corresponding menu or by pressing the
corresponding button in the Map Window which is the main window of FlightSim
Commander. The following overview lists the major windows of FlightSim
Commander as well as their most prominent features.
The Map window displays:
