Manufacturer's Description

Blades, Jets and Propellers is an eclectic collection of both FSX / 2004 compatible aircraft simulations offering an array of different planes to fly. The Airbus A330 is a large-capacity, wide-body, medium-to-long-range commercial passenger airliner, which made its maiden flight in October 1992 and quickly became a favourite with airlines around the world. The twin-engine craft is optimised for the highest revenue generation and the lowest operating costs whether it's working on regional segments or extended range routes.

The Safire Aircraft Company's goal is to produce a comfortable, six-seater jet at a reasonable price. Aimed at satisfying a customer base that needs a small personal aircraft for around £1,000,000, the aircraft can cruise at 380 knots at 41,000 ft. Powered by twin Williams FJ33-4 turbofan engines, it can operate at airports with runways as short as 2,500 feet.

First flying in 1991 and entering into service in 1993, the Fairchild Dornier 328 was designed and engineered in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany. Since then over one hundred of them have been delivered. Being a 32 seat turboprop powered regional airliner, it has a cruising speed of 335 knots. With the benefit of 5% thermodynamic power courtesy of its Pratt & Witney 119C engines, this aircraft can take off at maximum weight and achieve its full range in hot temperatures and from airports at high elevations.

Built by Raytheon Aircraft from an original design, the Raytheon Premier 1 features an all-composite fuselage and swept aluminium wing design. Announced in 1995, the aircraft completed its first flight in 1998. Within the space of a year, Raytheon Aircraft had received over 200 orders for the Raytheon Premier 1 from customers in twenty-six countries. In March 2003, the Premier 1 established a new speed record when flying from Wichita, Kansas to the East Coast of the United States clocking an average speed of 1,028 km/h (639 mph).

The VH-3D Sea King Marine 1 Presidential is a twin engine, all weather helicopter flown by Marine Helicopter Squadron One and supports the executive transport mission for the President of the United States. In use for approximately 25 years, it has seating provisions for 16 passengers. The aircrew consists of a pilot, co-pilot, and crew chief. The VH-3D receives extensive care and maintenance exceeding normal standards to keep the aircraft in superior condition.

Cirrus Aviation has teamed up with Tornado Alley, the industry leader in turbo normalizing technology, to deliver unparalleled performance. The new Cirrus SR-22 turbocharged aircraft offers the best combination of performance, speed and ease of operation. Climb above the weather and enjoy the smooth air of the flight levels. The power of twin turbos with dual intercoolers maximizes the winds aloft and allows you to realize incredible ground speeds.

The Diamond Katana is a two-seat training aircraft with a European motor glider heritage. It is regarded as statistically safe, slow, forgiving, reliable, quiet, and cheap. Cruising at 95 knots, this craft will burn just three and a quarter gallons per hour. One of this small aircraft's most popular features is the visibility of the low-wing design combined with a Plexiglas canopy. You'll feel as though you're part of the sky!

The AH-64D Apache is a twin-engined army attack helicopter developed by McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing). It entered service with the US Army in 1984 and has been exported to Egypt, Greece, Israel, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. The US Army has more than 800 Apaches in service and more than 1,000 have been exported. First used in combat in 1989 in the US military action in Panama, it was used in Operation Desert Storm and has supported low intensity and peacekeeping operations worldwide including Turkey, Bosnia and Kosovo.
