This publication is based on the International Standards and Recommended Practices contained in relevant ICAO documents. It is a useful reference book for the examination for the Flight Radiotelephony Operator’s (Restricted) Licence. The main change in Edition 13 is the incorporation of more detailed examples of phraseology for Flight Information Service Officers and Air/Ground Communication Service Operators, in addition to minor editorial corrections, rearrangement of pages and revised text.
