Kai Tak Airport was the international airport of Hong Kong from 1925 until 1998. On July 6, 1998, the airport was replaced by the new Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok.
The airport was home to Hong Kong's regional carrier Cathay Pacific, as well as Dragonair, Air Hong Kong, Hong Kong Airways and Hong Kong Express. With numerous skyscrapers and mountains located to the north and its only runway jutting out into Victoria Harbour, the airport was infamously difficult to land at. It had one runway, runway 13/31. Now you can enjoy this wonderful airport in this 6 DVD set that was desiged to be watched together and save over 30% on the individual prices.
