The first atlas designed for pilots that allows you to see immediately where you are in relation to the airways structure, airports and objects on the ground.
The extensive topographical maps in 1:2,000,000 scale with aeronautical information overlay give the European pilots atlas its name, but it also includes an airport directory of Europe with GPS codes, waypoints, VOR/DME, NDB, special use airspace, ICAO/IATA airport codes, JAA weather minima, points of interest etc
The cartography includes mountain ranges, lakes, rivers, major highways, railways, cities and towns, with an overlay of 6000 airports, colour coded by runway length/surface and airfield type.
Points of interest or historical value are also indicated.
Covers over 3000 airports, including South Africa, the Middle East and North Atlantic and Asian routes.
Airports are colour coded by runway length and surface. International, regional and aerodromes are coded by symbol shape. Pilots now have the ability to point out objects on the ground or know immediately where they are in relation to surrounding airports or points of interest.
